Learn to Box and get fit under the instruction of Haringey Boxing club’s fully qualified coaches. Whether you have boxed before, wish to box or just want to get fit, then please contact us on the details on the poster to book your place. This course is totally free.
Learn the boxing basics of stance, footwork and punching correctly, whilst getting fit and understanding your diet. Please come in suitable clothing, track suit bottoms/shorts, T shirt and flat soled trainers. All boxing equipment, gloves and punchbag’s etc are all on site.
Each course runs for 5 days, and you will be assessed at the end of the week. If you wish to carry on and box competitively at the end of the summer course, then speak to one of the coaches.
